MIX RATIO: --3 parts Polyurethane color --1 part HH-50 Standard High Solids hardener (or HH7603 Fast, HH-7605- Medium, HH-7607 Slow) --up to-1 part HH-Reducer (Metallic colors especially)
SURFACE PREPARATION: Bare Metal: > Wash surface of vehicle with soap and water to remove tree sap and road dirt > Wipe vehicle with wax & grease remover. > Sand area as necessary to remove any rust or corrosion > Prime repaired areas with HH-5310 or 5311 2K urethane primer > Block primed body work with 400 grit or finer wet or dry sandpaper > Cleanse area to be painted with wax & grease remover > Seal vehicle using HP-6001 universal sealer Pre-painted Surfaces: > Wash area to be painted with mild detergent and water > Cleanse surface with wax & grease remover > Sand area as needed to remove old paint or any rust using 320 grit D.A. > Apply one full wet coat of HP-6001 universal sealer. > Allow Sealer 30 minutes dry time before topcoat.

INFORMATION: Urethane color V.O.C.: <569 gll (4.75 #/gal) .- Less exempt solvent V.O.C.: <569 gll (4.75 #/gal) Mixed product V.O.C.: <599 g/I (5.0 #/gal) This product may require several components and must be mixed properly to comply with V. O. C. regulations. This product is not recommended as part of a multi-coat system if the V. O. C. exceeds local, state or Federal regulations.
POLYURETHANE SYSTEM APPLICATION DIRECTIONS: > Adjust HVLP air pressure to 30 psi at the gun > Apply 2 Full wet coats of Polyurethane Enamel color > Allow 10-15 minutes flash time between color coats > Allow vehicle to dry overnight before exposing to weather or finessing
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Intregrating clear (USE ONLY HC-9040 Clear!) > Apply two wets coats polyurethane color per directions > Add 1 part catalyzed color 1 part catalyzed HC-9040 clear & mix. > Allow 20 minutes flash time before topcoat > Apply 1 wet coat blended color / clear > Allow overnight dry DryTimes @ 75F > Dust free – 20-30 minutes > Tack free - 3-4 hours > Tape free – 12 hrs. > Delivery - overnight
For maximum paint performance, vehicle should be kept above 75°F. Temperatures below 60°F will severely retard dry times and thorough cure of urethanes. 1 ounce of TAMCURE Accelerator per mixed gallon may be added to speed up cure.
CLEANING Clean equipment with a quality lacquer thinner. Do not leave catalyzed paint in the gun more than 4 hours.
